No inspection before acceptance. A partial payment confirms your order.
Delivery fees & timing
Shipping fees and estimated delivery time depend on your address. Both are confirmed at checkout or during order confirmation, before any advance payment.
Inspection in Cairo & Giza
Inspection before acceptance lets you check the item, its condition and its match to your order. It does not include using the product.
Advance payment outside Cairo & Giza
A partial payment is required before dispatch; this may be limited to the shipping fee. We confirm the amount, payment method and remaining balance before you pay.
Your advance is deducted from the total for your order and delivery.
Changes & delivery support
For an address change, cancellation or delivery question, email us with your order number. We will review what is possible at the current shipment stage and explain the next step.
Inspection arrangements and advance payments do not limit your statutory delivery, cancellation, exchange or refund rights.

دفعة لتأكيد الطلب
المعاينة قبل الاستلام غير متاحة، ويلزم دفع جزء من قيمة الطلب لتأكيده.
مصاريف الشحن وموعد الوصول
تختلف مصاريف الشحن والمدة المتوقعة حسب عنوانك. نوضّح الاثنين عند إتمام الطلب أو أثناء تأكيده، وقبل دفع أي مبلغ مقدم.
المعاينة داخل القاهرة والجيزة
المعاينة قبل الاستلام تتيح التأكد من القطعة وحالتها ومطابقتها للطلب، ولا تشمل استخدام المنتج.
تأكيد الطلب خارج القاهرة والجيزة
يلزم دفع جزء من قيمة الطلب قبل الشحن، وقد يقتصر على مصاريف الشحن فقط. نوضّح المبلغ وطريقة الدفع والرصيد المتبقي قبل السداد.
تُخصم الدفعة المقدّمة من إجمالي قيمة الطلب والتوصيل.
تعديل الطلب ومتابعة التوصيل
لتعديل العنوان أو طلب الإلغاء أو الاستفسار عن الشحنة، راسلنا برقم الطلب. نراجع حالة الشحنة ونوضّح إمكانية تنفيذ طلبك والخطوة التالية.
ترتيبات المعاينة والدفعة المقدّمة لا تنتقص من حقوقك القانونية في التسليم أو الإلغاء أو الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.
